The 74,000 sf building’s sculpted architecture and transparent features invite residents into a public space that supports health and community life. Lower levels offer a gymnasium, walking track, and a double-height competition-grade swimming pool, among other spaces dedicated to recreation and exercise. The upper level includes naturally daylit learning spaces, which continue outside onto a wrap-around rooftop terrace.
