The AIANY Emerging New York Architects Committee (ENYA) invites you for a speical visit to the office of Steven Holl Architects, hosted by the firm's Dimitra Tsachrelia Holl and Yining He.

Join us for an insider look at Steven Holl Architects—known for its high standards of architectural excellence and design significance—exploring their renowned award-winning works, design ethos, and culture. A portion of the event's registration fees will be donated to the non-profit Steven Myron Holl Foundation in support of future architecture exhibitions, residencies for artists, and scholarships.

About the Speakers:
Dimitra Tsachrelia Holl has led designs and competitions for academic, art, and residential projects since 2008. Coordinating between the New York and Hudson Valley offices, Holl’s key works include Expo Albania in Tirana (2024), Institute of Contemporary Art at Virginia Commonwealth University (2018), the Reid Building, Glasgow School of Art (2014), and the Campbell Sports Center at Columbia University (2013). In New York, she completed the L-House (2024), the Architectural Archive and Research Library (2019, extended 2023), and directs construction for the ‘Z’ Space Art Pavilion. Holl is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia GSAPP, where her teaching explores the connections between music and architecture. She co-led the global exhibition Steven Holl: Making Architecture (2018–2023) and serves on the Steven Myron Holl Foundation board. A registered architect in New York, Dimitra holds a LEED GA and LFA, with degrees from Columbia University and Patras University.

Yining He joined Steven Holl Architects in 2020. He is Project Architect on the New Canaan Residence (in design), Z Space (under construction), Hudson L House (2024), and the Catskill Addition (2022). He obtained his Living Future Accreditation (LFA) in 2023 and has extensive experience in sustainable design. He is actively involved in projects pursuing LEED platinum and Living Future Challenge accreditation. He holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Tongji University.
