Speakers: Carson Alsop, Experience Leader, Lutron Electronics About the Speakers: Carson Alsop is an Experience Leader for Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. in New York City. Originally from rural South Texas, she earned her B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Texas A&M University–Kingsville and began her career in Lutron’s Sales Leadership Development Program in 2016. After several roles in the South Central region, Alsop relocated to New York in 2021 to join the Architecture & Design specification team. She now oversees Lutron’s two NYC Experience Centers and leads business development for the Global Experience Center Program, combining her passions for technology, design, and collaboration. Alsop is a WELL Accredited Professional and WELL Faculty, working closely with the International WELL Building Institute, and she actively participates in AIA New York. Outside of work, she is a dog mom, part-time hairstylist, and semi-retired women’s rugby player. Over her nine years at Lutron, Alsop has embraced diverse roles across the U.S. and looks forward to continuing to advance Lutron’s mission of enhancing life through innovative lighting and shading solutions.
