Join Existing Conditions at the Center for Architecture as they examine a National Historic Landmark District as a case study. Participants will explore how 3D laser scanning, point clouds, and BIM can be used to reduce risk and add value to projects in the building industry. They will also explore the impact of new digital delivery and record-keeping tools for large/historical project management and review their ability to integrate above and below-ground documentation to improve data quality, communications, and collaboration.

About the Speaker:
I joined Existing Conditions in January 2022 and couldn’t be more excited to be part of the team! The majority of my career has been spent as an Account Executive, focusing primarily on the AEC Vertical. Having spent 9 years with Autodesk’s largest reseller, I had the opportunity to sell a number of different technologies and learn the key roles they play in benefiting Architects, Engineers, and GCs. 3D Laser Scanning was of particular interest to me, and ultimately led me to EC! My wife Elyse and I live on Long Island with our 2 children and dog Benny. I’m an avid golfer and whenever time allows, you can find me on the course!
