During the evening, we will also highlight the challenges, successes, and state of AIA New York in 2024, from public advocacy to professional training, and our annual theme of Belonging and Beyond. For the election, independent nominations may be submitted to the Secretary via the chapter (membervoices@aiany.org) in accordance with Chapter Bylaws. If an independent slate is submitted, a ballot election will be held at the Annual Meeting. If there is no independent slate, the Secretary is empowered to vote a single ballot for the Nominating Committee slate as presented. The 2025 Board and Elective Committee Slate is here. The 2024 Annual Meeting will include a vote on a bylaws amendment to bring Director Board terms to a consistent length of service. See the specific Bylaws Amendment here.
